ACL Funding entered the Real Estate Loans business over 10 years ago serving the exclusive needs of our residential clients. Slowly, we began to shift our business to Commercial Real Estate Loans. Today, we originate loans exclusively for our Commercial Real Estate clients. Our status in the industry has enabled us to acquire the services of a number of Commercial Lenders and Investors who are eager to serve the needs of our clients. We were recently invited to become a member of the Tarrant County Better Business Bureau, and ACL Funding is an active member of the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce. 

Cheryl Litke holds a Masters' Degree in Business Administration and a Masters' Degree in Aeronautical Science. She began studying real estate finance as an Undergraduate student in business. After college, she spent six years in the Air Force at Laughlin Air Force Base as an Instructor Pilot before settling with her family in Tarrant County in 1991. Today, she is an active community member. She and her family worship with the First United Methodist Church in Mansfield. Cheryl serves on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Mansfield and volunteers for the Meals on Wheels program of Tarrant County.
