Equity Financing

In some situations, a developer is able to secure financing for a proposed acquisition, but still requires additional equity for the purchase. Through a variety of sources, ACL Funding is often able to secure an equity partner to complete the financing package. In most cases, this partnership will not further encumber the real property so financing is not limited by the added debt. This type of product is more expensive than debt, but it is still less expensive than venture capital.
