Packaging Your Request
Here's a basic checklist showing the initial documentation we'll need in order to process your project. Although each project is different, here is a basic list of documents that will be required for most every proposal. We can provide you with a specific list of documents needed for each property type and loan request once we've had an opportunity to visit with you and discuss your specific needs.

Contract and Escrow Instructions

payment and funds to cover settlement expenses

principle(s)
- Credit release
Some of these items may be included in a Business Plan. If this is a construction project or a new business, many of these items may not be available. Basically, the idea is to show on a purchase or refinance that income from the property will comfortably pay for the loan. On a construction loan, we want to see that the borrower has enough experience to complete the project successfully. For Hard Money Loans and Equity Financing personal credit is more important. |
