SBA Loans

We have lenders available to our clients who can fund a 7a or 504 SBA loan. With SBA loans, we first try to see where our client wants to go with his or her business. Rather than collect a lot of pages of data first, we'll get an overview of the project to see whether we can satisfy the borrower's needs. If it looks as if we can fund exactly what it is the clients wishes to do, then we'll put together the proverbial kitchen sink of documents. There's no point spending time on a project that won't work financially.
